Finding Nemo!

Yesterday, the kids and I went down to the National Aquarium in DC. While it's not as grand as the Baltimore Aquarium, it is the perfect size and activity for a couple of hours. We saw alligators, an octopus and of course Nemo. It was Lulu's first time since she was a baby to see the "ishes" and she loved it. Duffy was fascinated with the alligators and Mom always loves to see the octopus. Such fun!

Happy Birthday (it must be his 29th).

Happy Birthday Stephen/Daddy!

Breakfast in Bed!

For Stephen's birthday (12/17), Duffy and I got up early and made Daddy waffles. Duffy did such a great job and he wanted to make sure Daddy ate them in bed. Stephen asked me not to post the pictures of him but here are a few of the kids.

But I don't want a cereal bar....

A Star is Born!

This video sums up all of Lulu's current interest in music. Here she is singing to Thomas and Cole's baby Sabine....I love this!!

Secret Santa

It has been awhile since my last post. The month of December has been crazy with us trying to finish the house, getting ready for Santa and me having my meltdown about almost losing all of the Christmas gifts I bought. On Sunday, we hosted Secret Santa for our business school friends. It's an annual event which is tons of fun and this year the kids joined us. Here are some photos of the kiddie exchange.

Santa's Cookie Monster Elf

The title says it all.....

Our Sunday finest....

I love this coat Lulu has on..it's a hand me down and it's adorable. Duffy saw Lulu getting dressed up for church and he decided that he wouldn't let Lulu show him up and put on a fancy sportcoat. Gotta take it when you can...

I love these pictures that we took of ourselves. The red at the bottom on the first picture is Lulu's bow.

Rocking around the Christmas tree....

Here are some great pictures of the kids decorating the tree. It is the best time of the year, as you pull out ornaments with so many memories. We were excited this year to have Duffy's first official ornament that he made in preschool last year. We can't wait to add Lulu's to the tree this year.

O' Christmas Tree...O' Christmas Tree

On Saturday, Barboo, Duffy, Lulu and I went to go get our Christmas tree since Stephen was working on the floors in our new house!

They were so excited to pick the tree. Considering we are hoping to move at the end of the year, our tree was more on the "smaller" side this year but Duffy and Lulu could have cared less!!
