Growing up..

This one practically brings me to tears...Lulubear, can you stop growing up? I love you so much.

And just a few more...

Old Pro..

And today, Lulu went back to school at the 4 year old program at her preschool. This is also a big milestone for her as she will be going 5 days a week. She's an old pro as she has been going to this school since she was 2.5. It was weird to walk her into the school and see her finally become one of the "older kids". And in typical Lulu fashion, Lulu decided to test her acting and drama skills with a full fledged "Mommy don't leave" act when I dropped her off. Oh, Lulubear!

1st GRADE!

On Tuesday, Duffy went back to school and begin his first day of first grade! It's a big milestone for him as it represents the first time he will be going to school all day. In true first day of school style, we all drove him to school and Daddy walked him into his class. Duffy: We are so proud of you and can't wait to hear all about your first grade adventures.

Lulu saying her goodbyes...

Let's bowl, let's bowl

While the boys hit the golf course in State College, the girls decided to go bowling. Lulu was way into our activity and decided to strike a pose and show off her bowling shoes.

We Are PENN STATE!

This past weekend, we went to Happy Valley for Penn State's season opener. We had a great time with our cousins and appreciated their hospitality. The atmosphere of the game is amazing and I love all the fan watching. Thank you!!

Racing car boxes

Here are Duffy and Lulu racing cars (boxes) at Mimi's and Pappy's. They loved decorating them with tape and markers and then off to the races they went.

Let's Go Fishing...

And one of the last presents Duffy received for his birthday (Yes, I'm all out of sequence) was a fishing rod. He loved it and has already practiced casting in Mimi's swimming pool.

He did it!

One of Duffy's goals this summer was to swim the length of the big pool at our swim club. He did it! We are so proud of him and as a result of his efforts, there will be a big surprise for all (stay tuned!). Congratulations, Duffy! We are so very proud of you. We knew you could do it!

Six (again)

Even though Duffy celebrated his birthday at The Homestead, we did celebrate again with our annual birthday tradition of making cupcakes. Here are some pictures of Duffy enjoying the tradition.

Loving Lang...

Here are a few more pictures of Lang.
