A few of my favorite things..

We had two more snow days this week so I decided to make my favorite snow day meal for Duffy and Lulu.  It is something that my grandmother taught me to make it was always one of my favorite.  I don't think you can see if from the picture but it is english muffins, spaghetti sauce and mozzarella cheese.  A pseudo pizza if you will.  I think they like it…

Happy Birthday, Pappy!

This weekend we had a surprise birthday party for Pappy!  He had a great time and we do think he was surprised.  He loved being with all of his children and grandchildren to celebrate! Happy birthday. You have taught all of us so many wonderful life lessons and each day you live life with a positive attitude and happiness.  We love you!
