Happy Halloween!

Halloween was super fun this year because it was on a Friday night and the kids got out early.  We had a blast. Duffy went trick or treating with friends this year so it was the first time without us but we were glad he had a great time.  Lulu had a great time with her friends and enjoyed every minute of it!

Wacky Day!

Since Halloween is on Friday this year, the school elected to have Wacky Day on Halloween.  I think Duffy and Lulu got into this year...

Duffy's first dance

Now that Duffy is in 5th grade, the local community center holds "dances" for the 5th and 6th grades in our city.  I'm pretty sure there is no dancing but rather jumping around to music and playing video games.  I had to beg Duffy to wear jeans (not sweat or track pants) and put on a shirt other than a t-shirt but I prevailed.  He had a great time and I think (I think) that some girls thought he was pretty cute.
