All Stars!
This year, Duffy tried out for the local soccer team All Stars and he made it! Congratulations! We are so very proud of you and can't wait to see you play in your tournament in June!!

Duffy had a birthday party and few weeks ago so Lulu and I went and had breakfast together. Guess what she wanted? Mickey Mouse pancakes!

Dearest Lulubear,
Happy Birthday to my baby girl!!!!
Lulubear..what a year it has been. You started kindergarten and you have really loved school. You have become a soccer star, you learned to swim pretty well and you have made some really great friends. You are still incredibly independent. You are so smart, witty and ask the best questions--sometimes Daddy and I don't really know how to answer them. You love making people laugh and smile. You love getting bigger and chasing your brother. You still adore him but you are learning to push back some on his manipulations. You are also so very pretty. You bring a smile to my eye every day and especially every night when I see you sleeping. And yes, you still love sleeping with Duffy.
You have learned to read and lately you love spelling out words. You are so active and are still a little bit of a tomboy and love "boy clothes" but you are starting to enjoy dressing up. Mommy is so proud of you. You are such a little star and have a way with lighting up the room and makinge everyone smile. You also have such a kind heart. You are thoughtful, sweet and a little bit crazy.
Lulubear..I love you with all my heart from my head to my toes. You make me smile every day and I love being your mommy. I wish I could put you in my pocket forever. I love you dearest Lulubear. May you always be the person you are right now. My sweet, sweet, Lulubear.
